Welcome to the Wisconsin Region of JASNA. We are an active and enthusiastic group dedicated to the study, enjoyment and appreciation of Jane Austen and her writings. We strive to provide a mix of information – from discussions of the novels, to details of Jane Austen’s life, to exploration of the novels Austen read and those inspired by her writings, to the historical and cultural context in which Austen lived and worked.

If you have an interest in Jane Austen’s works, life and times, we invite you to join our group. We are a diverse region with members of all ages in all walks of life. While love of Jane Austen was the impetus for our joining JASNA, the enjoyment we find in each other's company is an additional tie that binds. If you have a love of Jane Austen, you will find kindred spirits here. You don’t need to be an Austen expert to enjoy our events.
